Junior Software Tester

For our office in Maldegem (Belgium) or Veenendaal (the Netherlands), we are looking for a passionate Software Tester to join the ERP development team. As part of a team of testers, developers, and analysts, you make a significant contribution to defining and developing the products of BESTMIX Software.

You are involved in the complete development process, from beginning to end, during which you collaborate closely with the analysis and development team.

In short: a diversified function in which your technical expertise and testing skills contribute considerably to the development of our latest software products.

Your responsibilities as Junior Software Tester

• You create a test plan and test case development (testing based on product requirements)
• Manual testing of software functionalities
• You create test report documentation
• You take part in the creation of the functionality requirements
• You cooperate closely with developers, product managers, and analysts
• You contribute to continuous knowledge sharing through development sessions and functional code reviews
• Automated testing

Your profile as Junior Software Tester

• Experience with testing ERP programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• You have a proactive approach
• You have a good knowledge spoken and written of the English language for a daily use
• You are accurate by working with documentation
• You are critical and solution-oriented, with the ability to analyze and detail requirements effectively
• Ability to work with multiple development teams
• Eager to learn and team-minded
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning about new technologies in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Good to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Econometrics knowledge
• RSAT knowledge
• ISTQB FL
