Junior Finance Manager

We are looking for a  Junior Finance Manager who wants to help build our fast-growing international company.

Do you get energy and enthusiasm from working with a team on a broad finance responsibility in combination with projects, for example in the field of process optimization?

We offer you a varied position with impact in the heart of this strongly growing company. With the finance team, you will support the Finance Director in a wide range of finance responsibilities, both in the operational financial process flow and in the areas of accounting, internal and external reporting, liquidity management and taxation.

You will work from our headquarters in Maldegem, Belgium.

Your tasks as Junior Finance Manager

• Together with the finance team, you will deal with the operational financial process as well as financial administration, internal and external reporting, liquidity management and taxation.
• You support the Finance Director in setting up and developing various projects.
• You supervise and review the monthly and annual closures.
• You prepare reports and budgets.
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the year-end closing.
• Growth opportunities according to your interests.

Your profile as Junior Finance Manager

• You have a bachelor's degree in Finance with option accountancy or taxation and 2 to 5 years of demonstrable relevant experience.
• You have a healthy dose of entrepreneurship, who thinks along with the business and can be the translator between finance and business.
• You are communicative and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have a "can do" mentality.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You have an analytical mind.
• As an administrative jack-of-all-trades, you work accurately, carefully and in an organized way.
• You have an affinity with IT and a good knowledge of Office. Excel in particular holds no secrets for you.
• You are flexible and have a healthy dose of perseverance.
