That is why BESTMIX has developed the ERP package BESTMIX ERP, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and with very specific functionalities for food producers.

Your tasks

Main task:

We currently have a functionality called price corrections. This functionality helps our clients to assign unlimited number of flexible costs and / or discounts for all transactions (sales orders, purchase orders, etz). Bestmix developed this functionality based on our experience and challenges we see among our customers around the world. This is advanced functionality providing a lot of options and opportunities for our customers. However, it’s also challenging to maintain and implement.

Microsoft developed new module called pricing management. We at Bestmix would like you to see what are the new possibilities and how they fit in our software. Can we replace our price corrections functionality? Can we implement it for our smaller or less demanding customers? It’s you who will find out!

 

Subtasks:

  • First, learn how the modern ERP system works and analyze some of the basic functions by your own in our office.
  • Once you know the basic system functionalities, learn how our current price corrections functionality works.
  • Next step is analyzing new functionality of price management. You will do it by studying documentation provided by Microsoft and own analysis and testing.
  • Describe the possibilities and requirements of the pricing management
  • Investigate how this functionality can be useful for our customers in a B2B and B2C context. Your analysis will be based on real cases/supply chain flows.
  • Investigate if there are any bottlenecks or issues we must take in account.
  • Do a basic setup of the new functionality and give a demo based on realistic examples.
  • Present your findings to grow our knowledge internally.
